I’m a writer, a Lifestyle Coach for women in business, and host of the new podcast, Well+Kind.
I’m on a mission to help women uplevel their lives AND their work.
I combine my knowledge, training, and practice in psychology, time management, and philosophy with my 10+ years experience working with entrepreneurs as a commercial banker to deliver high-impact coaching that gets results.
I intentionally keep my client list short, because I partner with my clients to identify meaningful goals and design a realistic plan for achieving them. My unique process blends data, analytics, and science with meditation, time mapping, and deep listening sessions to produce meaningful transformations for those who work with me.
When I’m not coaching, you can find me hanging out with my husband and our two young boys, volunteering in my community, writing, playing volleyball, or reading.
