As an entrepreneur, I’m always looking for ways to save time and make things easier WHILE staying organized. These are the tools I use – feel free to steal them! (Oh and don’t forget to use my promo and discount codes to save some money, too!)
I wouldn’t last a day in my business without this one. I use Canva for everything from IG graphics to business cards and stock photos—it’s a life saver. IMO it totally pays to upgrade to the Pro version because there’s nothing worse than finding the perfect template and then realize it’s only available to Pro members (and I’ve been there)!
Not to mention, there’s a Magic Resize tool where you can design, say, an IG graphic and then turn it into the proper dimensions for a Pinterest pin in literally one click. #mindblown
On top of all that, the Pro version comes with a free social media scheduling tool where you can literally post to IG, FB, and Pinterest straight from Canva.
Did you know that when you sign up for a Google Workspace account, you get a custom email address that’s tied to your domain name (e.g. email@example.com) and UNLIMITED storage in your Google Drive?
As in, cancel all your other paid storage plans (like iCloud or Verizon or whatever) and move that shit into your Workspace.
And hey—even though it’s for business, you can put personal files and pics in there too because nobody checks!
Click the button below and use the promo code to get 10% off your first year of Google Workspace.

I’m a good enough writer that people actually PAY me to write, and even *I* don’t write without Grammarly anymore.
I use the Premium version because in addition to simple spelling and grammar faux pas, Grammarly scans my writing for tone, readability, wording, and consistency.
I have the browser extension too, which means I can turn it on and check my work no matter which app or website I’m using.
I don’t care if you’re a blogger or a hairstylist: YA NEED A WEBSITE.
It doesn’t have to be complicated or fancy, but it does have to be well-designed, easy to read on laptops *and* phones, and simple to work with.
By far, the most adaptable platform for websites is WordPress, which is why it’s the only one I’ll use. I’ve built several sites with WordPress now, and I’m a HUGE fan.
Plus: when you’re tinkering around with your site and you mess something up (and you will), their customer service is super helpful and kind.
Use the button below to get $25 off your plan with WordPress (no code needed).
Listen, I’m not saying this is some kind of get-rich-quick scheme, but COME ON! This one is literally zero effort, and it’s for real (as you can see, I’ve made over $600 in cash using Rakuten.
They con’t send you gift cards or points or any of that nonsense. They send you a check every quarter. You cash the check and spend the money. Done.
Last quarter’s check was $38.91 and I did not lift a finger for it.
Is Rakuten making money for sending me to brand’s websites? Of course they are. But since I was going there anyway, I don’t care.
OH and also? You can use this when you shop for your business too. So next time you hit up Target for office furniture or buy a new case for your iPhone from the Apple store, you get paid.
When you click the button below to sign up and spend $30 using Rakuten’s links, you get an extra $30 just for being you.
